plan may be cancelled at any time. A rebate of $26 will
be paid to plan holders after the 90th continuous day of membership.
Rebate check will be issued to the member by your name , an independent associate of
Pre-Paid Legal Services® Services.
Membership reinstatements do not qualify. This is a private
offer, not made by Pre-Paid Legal Services® or any of its
subsidiaries. This offer is void where prohibited by law.
